Once our ideas are born, we then proceed to our design stage. We invest a lot of time, manpower and funds to develop each product. We know how important each product we sell is to the consumer using it so we make sure form the start to be able to overcome any challenges that may occur when using our fans. All toolings are designed and rendered first to be able to have a 3-dimensional view of our product. Then we develop a hand mould to test the products efficiency, airflow, usability as well as feel. Once this has gone through our thorough testing and usage, we then proceed to the development of the actual mould. After injection, we then again test the product vigorously to iron out any minor flaws on the tooling. After revisions and testing, we then take the final product and submit them to life test for at least 3-6 months of non-stop usage. Only when are content with the final results will we start the mass production for our client.

We believe the only way to master the final quality of our product is to produce almost the entire product and parts ourselves. We purchase all raw materials ourselves so we can control the development, production and assembly entirely. We produce ALL motors ourselves. We inject ALL plastic parts ourselves. We assemble ALL fans ourselves. From the heart of the fan to the final outlook of the product we do this in-house.

We inject plastics on the ground floor and produce the entire motor ourselves of the 2nd and 3rd floor. On our Production Plant B we assemble the entire fan ourselves. On every step of the way we have strict quality control and management under ISO 9001:2008.

Once goods are produced and completed, we would carefully load them on to containers and arrange the logistics involved to ship the goods. So you don't have to worry about anything. If you need us to arrange the shipment to your port, we can also provide this service for you. All you really have to do is select the models you want and place your order. We will handle the rest.

So if you every encounter a situation where you may need additional parts for the fans we are always here to assist you. We can arrange any parts for you whenever you require them. Since we make almost the entire product ourselves, all parts are available any time you need.
